Miniature Traction Group

Welcome to the Miniature Traction Group website. The MTG is a small band of 71/4" gauge locomotive owners who have grouped together to enjoy and share there hobby. Between them there are 1 diesel, 1 petrol, 3 battery-electric and an battery- electric railcar for good measure! The idea of the group is to assist each other in maintanence, advice, loco visits to other railways and social events. The group also operates an 'open access' policy for the use of each others locos. It is our eventual aim is to base all our loco's and stock at the same place on a new or exsisting 71/4" gauge railway in the South.

LOCOMOTIVE STATUS

BO-BO DH 'Class 35 D7096' . Stored in a private location.

4WD PH 'Remus'. Under construction.

RAILCAR BE 'L.E.V 6'. Private location under going a re-paint and minor repairs.
